博翔智能自动换向加热清洗机是一种高科技的换热器管道清洗设备。根据各种换热器复杂管路的结构及其污垢(水垢、绣蚀、藻泥)的物理化学性质，该设备运用了流体力学的技术原理以及独特的自动变流及加热系统设计，促使管道内的污垢快速加热溶胀、剥离、溶解。在循环水的双向流动作用下，迅速彻底除去各种装置设备中的顽固污垢。填补了各种换热器复杂管路难以清洗的空白，是目前国际上较为先进的实用新型自动清洗设备。

Product applications and operation principle
Boxiang automatic reversible heating cleaner can be widely used in manufacturing, processing and some basic industry & infrastructure, such as petrochemical engineering, metallurgy, pharmacy, food, power engineering and transportation.

In operation, this cleaning machine is used for cleaning pipeline systems of many kinds of industrial equipment & components, such as heat exchanger, cooler, steam turbine, oil compartment, lubrication system, reaction kettle, evaporimeter, condenser, air heater, blast drier, actifier column and so on.

The cleaner operation principle is an application of new technologies. According to the cause of dirt and its physical and chemical properties of pipeline system, the cleaning machine is designed to have functions with automatic water flow reversible and temperature adjustable. These functions can easily break dirt away from pipeline inwall and dissolve dirt in the warm water. After several times of cleaning and sewage drainage with highly efficient cleanser, the dirt of pipeline system will be finally removed.
